Q:It always has false alarms after installing outdoors and there is no any metal objects within 12 foot radius of sensor.
A: Chercking if the transmitter in low battery. The low battery transmitter will flash a blue by itselfe and it will trigger the false alarm. In this situation, please fully charge the transmitter.
If there is no problem with transmitter, please switch the sensitivity to the lower to check the false alarm disappear.
Q: The driveway alarm does not work.
A: 1) To make sure the transmitter is turned on and have the power, receiver is plugged into the AC power;
2) To check if the transmitter and probe is connected peoperly and ensure the probe is installed parallel to the driveway;
3) There is no problem with the transmitter and probe, please shorter the distance between sensor(transmitter and probe) and receiver, or repair the transmitter to receiver, just the sensitivity to higner.
